A Construction Company seeks our investigative services to ensure fair competition in real estate market tender
A construction company has applied for a real estate market tender in a city in France, where the award will be partially determined by the number of positive interactions by the citizens with the proposed projects on social media. The company is seeking our investigative services to identify any potential unfair competition practices.
What we’ve done
Monitoring all social media posts mentioning the project
Analyzing competitors’ related social media metrics and anomalies.
Identifying and analyzing paid vs. organic interactions.
Our investigation unveiled a large-scale scheme by a competitor who employed unfair methods to promote their project. They were buying interactions from communication agencies and encouraging their employees to engage positively with it, even if they were not residents of the city, rendering them ineligible to participate in the process.
Collecting evidence and crucial intelligence to illustrate the scheme to the committee responsible for tender evaluations.
